I'd like to ask if someone could suggest me a good exercise book related to semiconductor devices DIODES, BJT, MOS. The typical excises consist in study the output a circuit which contains some of this devices for a given input usually 0 to Vcc.
In attachment some exercises that I've to solve for pass electronic test of IT Engineering course, I'm looking for a text or some other resource, where I can found solved exercises, similar to attachment, Id like that the solution doesnt only consist in the numeric value but also the logic step to follow to get the result, with some useful tips or rule of thumb, that can help me to better understand the process to adopt for solve the exercises.
