Hello! I got an ultrasound imaging video and I was told to construct
the signal time curve by MATLAB. What should I do with that? (Indeed, the video
is about contrast enhancement in rat's liver after injection of micro-
bubbles. Some area of video will get brighter after injection.)
My idea is to read in the video and calculate average intensity of the interested region of each frame. Would this method work?
