An amplifier using a mosfet with an AC small input is subject to a certain gain bandwidth, since at high frequency the signal would be shorted to ground through Cgs.
If dimensions of the nmos is not a restrain, would increasing the width of would lower the effective capacitance Cgs, therefore gives me more bandwidth?
