Why UPS output goes down when load increases

I have made a UPS in my home but the problem is that when I am taking output from the inverter then it is 240 volt when there is no load but as I connect the load of one saver and one fan then it goes down to 130 volt and does not support any extra load without one saver and one fan.I am from pakistan and here 220 volt output is taken from main AC and inverter.I have made 750 watt UPS and Transformer is also so big to support 750 watt.Now can any one tell me that where is the problem and why the output of inverter goes down when load is connected to it and what could be the logic behind this problem.Thanks in advance

You have a problem with your inverter.
