in the pic i have a line filter with its own schematic on it. it also has the values. can someone please tell me which values go with which part? i want to multisim this and look at scope views to see how the low pass works. TY

I gleaned it from other images from different datasheets

circles and arrows display resonance set up by the phase winding and the neutral winding with the capacitors

Yeah. I was going to post the spec sheet but Mojo's drawing posted two minutes before me was just too nice.

 

I would think that the circle with arrows indicates that this is a common mode choke coil. The arrows pointing in the same direction would indicate that this is a coupled inductor (although it isn't drawn as one) where the windings start both at the same end, hence suppressing CMN together with the Y-capacitors. Not sure if you will be able to simulate it in Multisim.
