A 500v MOSFET for an 80v application? That's going to waste a good bit of power. Besides, that MOSFET is only rated for Id=2.5A; you really should double (or more) Id requirements.

Here's a better match:

Vdss=150, Id=4.5A, Rds(on)=66m, Qg=11nC

Similar part, different package, higher Id (21A), higher Qg (19nC)

This 2nd part is physically larger, so it can handle more power dissipation. The gate charge (Qg) is really quite low for the Vdss, Id, and Rds(on) ratings in both of these MOSFETs.

Hey Sgt. not to disagree with you or any thing OK.
Your mosfet is a SMD device and we donno if the OP can do it.
Mine is a standard TO220 package, which are small but easy to handle.
I think he can experiment with more easily.
