What can we use in place of relay for very high voltage and current supply switching(let's say 35000 volt).

I don't know the answer, but more information is needed. Whether you are switching AC or DC, switching speed/frequency and the current involved, will obviously have a bearing on the device to be used.

The gap must be massive, and a big magnet to deflect that spark,.

I think your well outside the range of your average relay or even IGBT's that most of us would have used here ,

well into the area of it will kill you ..

 

Google "substation switchgear" and you'll get a good idea of the sort of switch you will need.
