Which analysis is more suitable to be used in voice transformation? MFCC or LPC?

I am now need to prepare a final year project which is design and implement a voice transformation in Matlab but I don't have idea how to start it.
Which analysis is more suitable to be used in this project? and is the voice box can be found in Matlab or need to download?
