I have a circuit where I am changing the frequency of an AC signal but keeping the same Vrms. The way i am doing this is by recitifying then inverting with voltage using 4 MOSFETs in an H-bridge configuration. I have a current sensor to monitor the current drawn at the output but I am now wanting to have a voltage feedback that monitors overvoltage. Where I am at right now is thinking about where to "tap" the voltage to monitor. Accounting for losses it is assumed that he output voltage would be(and is from what I have found out emperically) is lower than the input. The issue is the transient spike that the MOSFETs switching might cause because this would result in voltages higher than the input but only for short amounts of time. The times are so short that I am unsure if my IC(ATTINY13) can even account for them. I am basically on the fence right now and just want some input as to what you guys think.
