I have been searching how can I read some important inofrmation for my PLECS model regarding this diode but could not find it.
here is the link.
I looked on google and I find some youtuve video on how to read a datasheet of diode but did not mention the resistance.

You can get it from the slop of an IV curve. Why do you care? If you operate the zener at or above \(I_{ZT}\), you know the maximum resistance.

Perhaps you meant this graph:

Look at the DC line. It is not straight, but let's call power dissipation at 2 A = 2.5 W. Thus I^2R = 2.5 W. R = 2.5 W/(2 A)^2 = 2.5/4 Ω.

Sorry but I am bit confused here, I am having this Electrical characteristics
What is the application where you'd care what the resistance is?

You can get typical values from the IV curve in the datasheet (deltaV/deltaI):

If a typical value isn't good enough, you'd have to characterize each diode individually.
