I have moved the post from its initial location at the end of an existing thread to its own thread.

As Bertus has indicated, appending new topic to the end of an existing thread is referred to as "hijacking". Hijacking is discouraged here and on other forums as it creates confusion in the pre-existing thread.

In future, please start your own thread with your specific request. This will insure that your request receives the intention it deserves.

There there are the links on the top of the browser, and the HTML version has a PDF link in the right hand corner. So there are lots of ways to do it.
