Where is the north and south pole in induction motor?

To design a permanent split capacitor motor ( 2 poles ) , We should construct the windings as the figure below:

What if I need design a 4-pole motor... Where should be north and south poles for the following picture ??

Think you not understanding how an AC motor works. The images are only showing a N and S pole for one half of the AC cycle. The the poles reverse themselves on each half of the cycle, there is no permanent N or S pole.

I think the aim of the diagram is to show the Relative winding polarity when being wound, not the alternating.
The pdf I included also shows the relative polarity from one pole to the other.
