Where Can I find data on the gauge factor of a p-type silicon piezoresistor

Hi for a design project im doing I need to find the Effect of temperature on gauge factor of a p-type silicon piezoresistor at various doping levels (im making a strain gauge circuit). :confused:

I was wondering if anyone culd point me in the right direction to find this data as I need to obtain the gauge factor of poly1 working from 25°C to 80°C
