Where can I find a servo that is controlled by a laser schematic with no arduino being used?

FYI, granted that there’s some ambiguity by the use of the term “servo”, let’s progress by stipulating that it’s an RC Hobby Servo (RCHS).

The RCHS is controlled by a PWM signal that is a 5% to 10% duty cycle on a 50Hz signal, all of which can be easily accomplished with a 555.
