Can you say in print what you are doing when
AAC green light go's off. What take you away from
what you enjoy,do you just go the help section, you
won't read this. What interfere's with your fun
on the forum.Does your other suspect spending
so much time that you must be up to no good.
Have you had someone say,you are on there again.
Have you helped a student for real in a class setting.
Are you free to speak your mind, does other or work
prevent what you say.Does health keep you near by
the computer. Is the forum the first thing you do
when you get home.I know we have the laptop
guys, does that give an edge on the rest of us
you can get around all this other stuff, what gadget
do you use to sign on. Is it possible to be on without
the rest of us seeing your green light.

Can some take this and break it up,so it will easier
to read. You know how you answer a question
comment then another question,comment again.

Are you thinking of a Facebook-like status?

So when we are not logged in, i.e. no green light next to our names, it will say:

retched - Im in the bathtub right now, Ill get back to you once I am dry enough to come near my PC.

Yup. You sure can. Go into the User CP, then Edit Options. There is a check box for 'Invisible Mode' That allows you to log in with out appearing to be on.

.

  1. What I am doing when the "green Light" goes off, depends on what time of day it is, and what day of the week....
  2. I have so many different interests, that AAC forum is just one of them, so when I am not on here, I am out doing something else I enjoy, even if it is just watching a movie with my son. I try to enjoy every aspect of life as much as I can, when ever I can.
  3. My significant other does not care if I spent a lot of time on here or just being on my computers, she has her own interests and things she likes to do, plus she has her own computer so she can hang out in the office with me and she can do her thing online while I do mine. And we also work together, she is our office manager, while I am the Operations Manager, so we see each other all day and all night, so alittle time apart even just being on different computers is a good break, believe me!!
  4. nope...
  5. Yes, not for Electronics but for Mechanical Engineering, I was a student advisor for a couple of years at Michigan State's (MSU) Mechanical Engineering Dept.
  6. Yes I am free to speak my mind, anytime, anywhere, (except when my woman is in the room! lol, :D)
  7. No, My health is good right now, I just have so many computers or computing gadgets that I am always a click away from the web...
  8. No, usually I will visit the forum after dinner (or while cooking dinner, I also enjoy the cooking too...) or to relax before bed at night, or doing breaks at work (like now, ;))
  9. I use mainly PC's from the office (I have 2 in the shop office, 1 in my CNC room, and another in the main office) , or from home (I have access to around 6 PC's all together from home), but once in a while I will use the computer in my truck to get online (not necessarily to get on AAC), and sometimes I will use my laptop....
  10. Yes it is, make yourself invisible in your USER CP as others have mentioned....
