Try the one that comes attached to it, then decide if you want a different one.
Or buy the TIPK-1 package for $13.70 lower on the page and try all of them.

Looks like a slip in and set a screw to hold it type of tip. Not familiar with that iron, but you want to use the smallest tip that you can to avoid overheating the component and bridging between connections. The small DIP chips like the 555's and similar designs are only space 2.54 MM apart so you really need to practice a bit to insure you are getting good and solid electrical connections. Nothing sucks as bad as an intermittent loose connection that you need a magnifying glass to see. I would also recoment that you look around and find a table or arm magnifyer with a self contained light to assist you in you assembly efforts. I know it made a world of deiiference for me to be able to see what I am working on clearly, even when it is teeny tiny.
