What Soldering Station should I buy? (I'm upgrading my old unit)

I have a 60 watt Weller WTCPT soldering station I've had for years and am considering upgrading it to a more modern soldering station.
I've mainly done through-hole in the past so I'm trying to get into modern times with ability to do Quad Flat Packs and the like...

What do you guys suggest for a modern soldering station?
What extra soldering tools/equipment would you suggest... like maybe a reflow heat guy etc?
