It's copper clad epoxy glass PCB material. You can etch it chemicallly, or attach small copper pads to it in the "Manhattan" method, or even cut traces with a Dremel or Xacto knife. Its "precision" is determined by your technical skill. :)

It is a double sided PC Board, after etching. Most likely with Toner Transfer/home made, as there isn't a solder mask or component labels.

There are software packages around that will create the PCB artwork from a schematic, or you can use a PCB CAD program to draw a board from the schematic. You may want to start out single sided, however.

The Actual Board appears to be some sort of BASIC Stamp SX device, with the serial port I/O, and the Ubicom SX uC. The bottom side of the board is filled with traces as well.

what is that silver tracks made by,i guess solder ! and what is that board made of!

The tracks are plated copper traces..... The board is probably one of these but most likely an FR4 (Fiber Glass)

Material Used for Printed Circuit Board (PCB)
FR406, FR4, FR04, IS410,Nelco , Polyimide, Rogers, Duroid, VT45 and47. FR-4 printed circuit board material is most commonly used.
