I come from that world where we routinely do this stuff. What you need is commonly refereed to as a "chip geometry." Your company may have them on file (incomming inspections needs them to even start using parts), or your engineering department may keep a catalog. Lastly, the vendor who sold you the part should have it and typically will send/email you a copy.
I've found manufacturers really are not interested in the chip market and will be long to respond. The reseller vendors will typically be very responsive.
It is an Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor, basically a FET input and a BJT output. They are used mostly for switching applications and have good high speed switching characteristics and can handle pretty high power pulses.
