Who can suggest me info about it
What it gets you If you get this degree, career, ladder rises, promotions...etc.
Is this the way to become an engineer? Is it worth?

 

An HNC (Higher National Certificate) is not a Degree (it's less than a Degree with an HND (Higher National Diploma) above the HNC and below the Degree).

It will put you on the career ladder (unfortunately not from the bottom or school leaver level) and will help but not as much as a Degree (BSc) will.

 

If you couple it with formal vocational training it is very good. As previously said, it isn't the level of a degree and may consider using your HNC as a stepping stone to going on an doing a degree. It will at least give you that option.
