".005" is probably 0.005uF which is 5nF. "M" is 20% tolerance. "K" is 10% tolerance. "J" is 5% tolerance.
I would use a standard 4.7nF 10% or 5% polyester capacitor.

250V is pretty high and was used 50 years ago in vacuum tube circuits.
