To understand the receiver, start with understanding the phase lock loop. It's a bit of a mind bender the first time you come across it.

i didn't mean the general concept of the circuit.i meant what each component does in the circuit when fed with a 9volts supply on the transmitter and on the receiver side with a 5volts supply respectively.

Yea.i got the Led blink on the transmitterHello,
The NE567 and SE567 are similar.
The SE567 can be used over a larger temperature range.
