how to monitors blood pressure and heart rate by using wearable sensors?
i could not find the best one...i'm not sure either to implement or use the existing one...

 

If using an existing one is an option, then that is almost certainly the better way to go. Heart rate monitors shouldn't be a problem since they are everywhere. I did a search for wearable blood pressure monitors and got lots of hits, so I'm not sure what your question is. Surely you aren't expecting us to somehow be able to tell you what the "best" one is based on all the details that you've provided regarding what you are doing and what is important for your application?
