My machine uses 4 peltiers 12V 10 A so how many volts my source should use to get machine max power

Another thing that plays an important role is the characteristics of the peltiers.

 

Not exact!
Firstly, as more to the topside stays this Peltier section, the less it demands a Wattage. Any construcytion with equal Wattage to each element will overstress the upper and understress the bottom layers in stacking.
Secondly, the euivalent resistance of Peltier is sharply dependent on temperature, thus each will have an another voltage and another current in the result. Thus, there are no better choice as to produce a separate PS for each.
