Hey guys, I'm in the midst of making a water pump.
Figured you can give me some pointers.
I have the impeller, housing, shafts and everything complete.
I've tested it with a hobby grade motor that should hold 14.8v
shot water almost 6 feet, but then the spring holding the bushes bent from getting too hot.

I have a motor but I'm not sure what kind it is.
There's two copper coils around a "U" shapes pole. at one end has a magnet shaft.
I think its some sort of pulse motor.
The issue with that, is that it's too slow.
If I take out some winding's could i make it go faster. Or add less and bigger winding"s?

Edit. Just a standard ac motor I think

If it's a AC motor, what is you power source? Most hobby motors are DC.

It's unlikely you can readily rewind the motor to improve its performance. Better to buy a motor that does what you want.

I'd love to buy one.Cant afford toilet paper right now. Had to wash my ass in the sink.

If you have one or any body else want to help out a fellow man.for super cheap i can save up some money collect cans or whatever. recycle metal.
I actually did unwind the ac motor i have. It runs twice as fast and twice as hot.
I was thinking of using the wire i cut off to take some of the heat
