water flow sensor using ua741

hello! the above circuit is our water flow sensor circuit diagram and were using a piezoelectric transducer sensor, our problem is the circuit could not run in our circuitmaker student edition and circuitlogix pro, what shall we do to our circuit to make sure that it will work? by the way we use ua741 as our opamps. please help me. thanks.
