You might usefully join www.organmatters.com where there are a number of pipe organ and electronic organ specialists with quite a lot of experience of both. . . .
I am trying to promote greater enthusiasm for organs so that they are appreciated more and not demolished by bulldozer inside buildings, such as I witnessed . . . . and so put on organ recitals in a country house. Part of my concert organ includes a "Self Destruct" stop combining 64ft and 128ft pitches derived electronically. I don't discuss publicly techniques which can lead to electronics being competition with pipe organs so if you would like to email me privately I'll put you onto a simple technique which you will be able to implement effectively and cheaply. I have done it on an electronic instrument and would love to see how well the idea would adapt to a pipe organ.
