I need i circuit schematic that control voltage up & down by a slow speed motor. I means when voltage down from 220V then the motor move clock vice, when voltage up from 220V then the motor move anti clock vice. When voltage reach 220V then motor stop.

 

Are you wanting to control a variac to provide a constant output voltage when the input voltage changes? If so, a better approach may be a Sola transformer which will provide +/- 1% output regulation for a +/- 10% input variation. See here........
