I have low voltage in my country. to overcome this problem I bought copper made 10000 watt stabilizer. I have two question
1 when stabilizer is on and not connected to load , sound is coming
2 stabilizer is getting hot.
are these thing normal. please assist me.and also tell me I am getting proper voltage with stabilizer is stabilizer consume more power.

They do make noise and they do get warm even when you're not drawing any power from them.

Good question. Are you getting the proper voltage out?

And yes, even idle voltage stabilizers use some electricity by nature as well as have internal losses when in use.
