Hi

I am working on a signal generator project,it generates a square wave of 1 MHZ, 5Volts outputs.For a application I need to attenuate the amplitude to as low as 600mV,I welcome your suggestion.

Note: I do not wish to use voltage divider circuit.

What is the impedance of the driving generator?
What is the impedance of the circuit to be driven?
With these parameters and the needed attenuation you can calculate the needed circuit.
