I'm looking for all kind of electronics diagrams & schematics (vacuum tubes) that were used in very first mass spectrometers (40's ans 50's). Especially for TOF mass spec electrometer pulse amplifiers. If I can get at least a link it will be great.

As you wrote these links don't exactly answer to my question, but anyway they are really interesting. The question I ask to me is : how, in this past times a few vacuum tubes set was able to amplify pulse at 30 MHz and with cuttents as low as 1E-12 A ?
