Video conversion circuits wanted

I am looking for circuit schematics for the following,

Up conversion from standard coax signal to Composite, to Component, to HDMI and any video conversion prints / diagrams / components out there.

Every time I do a Internet search I get tons of video equipment supply stores and very little DIY info.
