Hey guys,

Are there any good companies or websites that sell vibrator motors?? I need motors that are about 10-12 mm and 16-22 mm in diameter. They need to produce a good vibration. In other words I don't need cell phone or pager motors. I need ones that are used in back massagers etc.

any ideas???

 

They are avaliable at surplus sites such as Electronic Goldmine and All Electronics

Sometimes larger ones are in stock, it's hit and miss.

Come on! How hard is to saw off a portion of the pulley/gear to make any motor of your choice to have an excentric whatever in its shaft?

yea i could but i'm kind of manufacturing a product to sell. need a little more professionalism then a homemade vibration motor.
