Ok, this project description might sound a bit disjointed and I apologize in advance.
I am trying to find a way to interface a Vex Robotics Microcontroller with a WiFi system. the Vex microcontroller accepts program and control input over a 6 pin RJ-11 connector. Is there a way of converting the serial output signal from the computer to go into a network to be broadcast to the robot to be converted from the network output to the RJ11 serial used by Vex?
From my standpoint here, it seems I would only need to mess with software in the networking. I would like to eventually be able to transmit the data direct from the program to the network adapter on my computer across the network. Any thoughts on this?
Thanks very much for any help,
Matt
