Varying magnetic field simulation

Hello,.am new to simulations and I would like to know how to simulate a changing magnetic field for a permanent magnet implanted inside the humeral bone of the arm with it's north and south poles along the horizontal axis when the arm move to the left and right. Can it be done in proteous and how. Thank you
