I wish to post links to specific lectures from inside my own Moodle-based on-line courses that I provide, free of charge, to the Amateur Radio community. Again, these are only links and not downloads. How do I obtain permission to do that?

Far as I know, links are always legal. No permissions needed. If you publish something inside the site that is where copyright kicks in.

Why not register? It is free and easy. Last I checked it is the only way to see the schematics we publish here.
