I want to use 5v 2amp 10000mah battery (actually the power bank for mobile.) to run the motor of 12v 2amps will it blow the battery or not. if not how much time we can use it ?

5V battery won't make a 12v motor run, you will need a booster circuit. I take it your battery is 5V 10Ah?

 

If the maximum allowable current from your "5V 2A" battery is indeed 2A then you won't be able to use a booster to get 12V @ 2A, since the booster will draw at least 2Ax12/5 = ~5A. Another point: a so-called 2A motor may well draw 10A or more at start-up or if stalled.
