Can anyone here pls help me in Designing a 4 × 16 decoder using one 3 × 8 decoder and two 2 × 4 decoders.Any clue or hint would also be most appreciated. Thanks in advance.Have a Blessed time ahead.

Can you post the schematic you have?

 

Use MSB to enable/disable the 3x8. Use MSB and next most SB to enable/disable the 2x4s. You'll need a quad NAND gate. Depending on what "urgent" means in this context, might be better to go out and buy a 4x16.
