Update to date option of 3.7 Lipo to 3.3V buck converter

Anyone have an update to date option for an affordable breakout board on Aliexpress/Banggood or alike website to handle Lipo going to 3.3v. Extra brownie points if it has a USB charger on it too :) I have a couple handmade projects I would like to power but the buck converter on Adifruit failed me.
I ultimately want to power an ESP8266 from a Lipo.
