Up/down counter with master slave flip flops

I am trying to create an 4-bit up/down counter that can count from 0-9, with a carryover bit.

I need to use master-slave d-flip-flops, and I made my truth table with my next state logic. But I do not know how to put it all together with the flip flops. Please help.
