Hi,
I've to design CMOS operational amplifier to get high gain and bandwidth by using single supply of 5 volts and discrete components.
Can anyone please help me?

Op-amps start with a differential pair, keep the parts count to a minimum for best speed, define what, "high gain" and, "high bandwidth" mean before you start.

You generally cannot get both of these at the same time. When you try to raise the gain there may be a point where the amplifier becomes unstable.
