Hi,
can anyone point me in the direction of good books, papers or websites to look at to pick up the basics of how ultrasonic transducers work? I'm currently working with very inexpensive off-the-shelf piezo electric elements but need to get a better understanding of how to integrate these in to a mechanical assembly (i.e. the complete transducer).

My top-level interest is in how ultrasonic flow-meters work with liquids, but the present stage, it is just the transducer which interests me.
