Can someone recommend a 3.3v switchable FET that is available from UK based retail suppliers???

I need to switch an SD card that runs at 3.3v and I don't want to pay £12 Digikey delivery or £20 minimum order. SO anything from CPC, Rapid, Maplin etc. would be good

No one got a view? Anyone got a favorite or know of a commonly available P Channel FET with a Vgs of 3V or below for small current - around 200mA.

There appear to be a few on the CPC website but a recommendation would be good.

Thanks

Eric, thanks for taking the time to reply, I was looking at something like the FDN360P, IRLML5103PBF or SI2309DS, just to pick a selection from across the manufacturers.

It would be nice to get something that has both through hole and surface mount variants (for breadboarding and PCB) but that seems to be asking too much.

hi,
I would say the FDN360P or SI2309DS would be first choice, the IRLM would be second.

I will look around for a thru hole device, let you know if I can locate one.

Well thanks for taking the time. I'll order some FDN360P and make up a breakout board for breadboarding.
