I'm using a 8051 Uc which operates at 3.3V (VDD).
I was trying to have it interfacing through UART an Ethernet to Serial Module (EM202) which operates at 5V.
I saw on 'scope that the messages Uc sends AT commands to the Ethernet Module arrive to the Module, However it seems that the Module didnt manage to interpret these messages since it didnt perform any actions as a result of the data it received from the Uc.
I'm afraid that the reason for that is that the Ethernet Module operates at 5V while the Uc operates at 3.3V.
Could there be another reason?
Is there any way to solve it?
