I need to design a two-tone oscillator which oscillates at 200 Hz for 0.5 sec and then switches to 500 Hz for 0.5 sec. I've attached my first design of the circuit but it doesn't satisfy the oscillation requirements.

I'm looking for some guidance in determining which values I should adjust to get within +- 10% accuracy.

What is it that you think is going to determine the frequencies of oscillation? After that, what do you think is going to control the 0.5 sec intervals?
Did you intend for the oscillations to be square waves?

I believe R1*C1 & R2*C2 determine the frequencies of oscillation and R3, R4 & R6, R7 will control the 0.5 sec intervals. However, I'm not sure what the relationships are (what equations to use to calculate these values). Maybe f = 1/(2*pi*R1*C1) and T = R3/(R3 + R4)?

Yes, I intend the oscillations to be square waves.
