TX2b transmitter

Hi I am kinda nobish in electronics.

I want to send some control code by a 2.4ghz transmitter to a rc car. So i can control it.

For that i opened cars original remote control. Its using TX2Bs ic. and its encoding format is in attachment.

My question is how can i implement in coding.. didnt understand that w1 and w2 part. if soemone knows about it please explain me a bit.
