hello everyone,

I have some voltage spikes on the primary side of my transformer and i wanna get rid of that..It is driven using a full bridge converter..

Should I use a TVS diode or a snubber circuit??
Which is better and why??

While using an ohmic load , the waveform looks perfect...

Simple to put together a R/C snubber to test, ensure the use of an AC rated cap.
Max.
But the transformer is not driven at a single fixed switching frequency..It is varied from 50 KHz to 25 KHZ ...

Even for such a wide frequency range , is it possible to use a snubber circuit??

If yes, then please explain me , HOW??
