Tunnel diode in ADS

Hi everyone,
I want to simulate tunnel diode in Agilent ADS. I googled but did not find any model. I came across a paper that talks about polynomially fiitting dc data (I-V) and using it in a model but I am having difficulty figuring out how to do so. Could anyone help?
