Found a troubleshooting guide for the 214 and it says a 7 blink code represents throttle position problem. Recommended attempt to fix is to turn unit OFF, insure throttle is centered (no forward or reverse command) and turn unit ON. Other than that, I can't be much help. Have you tried calling Rascal?
