Please send me schematics for circuit power board and also schematics for PWM motor controller for treadmill with model #NCTL11990 EXP200.I am having some electrical problem from starting up and all function on the console. I need a full detail with drawings and each specifications and their functions so that i can do trouble shootings. Thanks for your help .

Have you tried the manufacturer for the data?

 

Replace DZ24 (24v 5w zener) and ZD 1 (15v, 2w zener) and I usually replace R57 with a 1k, 10w ceramic resistor. The copper print is probably damaged from the heat, just run jumpers to the appropriate connections..
That will likely take care of your problem..
